- Cultivate strong and enduring client relationships
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive client growth and retention
- Analyze client financial data to identify revenue growth opportunities
- Foster collaboration across MBD team to ensure seamless client experiences
- Manage client visitation and feedback programs, as well as client and prospect-focused travel and entertainment opportunities
- Oversee the firm's alumni program
- Bachelor’s degree required (marketing, communications or business preferred); advance degree preferred
- 6 years’ experience in marketing, client relations, business development, or sales team position (law firm or professional services experience preferred)
- Experience with direct or indirect leadership
- Proven track record of success in client relationship management
- Strong understanding of client needs and business development strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to oversee team members in various positions and geographic locations.
- This role is mostly remote with the exception of team/attorney meetings and client engagement activities (in-person CLEs, receptions, etc.) – this could also include occasional travel to other offices.
