SUMMARY:
This position is tasked with acquiring new talent for our growing company, and will be highly specialized to keep pace with current growth and any newly created opportunities. The incumbent must have extensive experience locating & acquiring top talent with a keen eye for reviewing resumes/applications and conducting thorough interviews. This position will also assist as the backup for worker compensation claims. This position reports to the HR/Benefits Manager.
