The main purpose of the of the SDA Content Developer (Specifiers, Designers & Architects) is to scope, create and deliver consistent, accurate, user-first SDA content for the Fisher & Paykel, DCS, and Haier Brands, in line with our business priorities, collaborating with the wider Product Content team and key stakeholders across the organisation. The position can be based in either of our design centers, Auckland or Dunedin. The role works as part of the SDA Content team to provide class-leading Design Planning and Installation specifications across 2D and 3D assets to meet the needs of our SDA (Specifier/Designer/Architect) audience. The SDA Content Developer role understands the built environment (specifically kitchen & laundry) and how our products relate to these. Using this knowledge to influence content design and creation, supporting faultless fit into different installation scenarios via accurate, timely SDA Content deliverables (Installation/Planning Guides, 2D and 3D Cad outputs). You will support & champion the creation, delivery, and maintenance of customer-first assets (2D/3D CAD, Planning, and Install information) for global consumer, trade, and specialist audiences (SDA). This is where you come in You’ll have the following: A demonstrated capability in product or information design with the end-user in mind. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (in particular In Design). 3D parametric modelling (PTC Creo Preferred). An ability to work with Revit is advantageous. Experience within the product development process, from design and manufacture through to specifying and installation. Exposure to kitchen design, cabinet making, and architectural design advantageous. Previous experience influencing group design decisions, aligning with key stakeholders and ensuring outcomes. Experience working with a variety of stakeholder groups to achieve common goal.
