**Gerber** is searching for a **Customer Service Supervisor** to join our awesome team in **Portland, Oregon!**

**About the Role:**

The **Customer Service Supervisor** oversees the customer experience team in **Portland** and provides exceptional customer service, maintains accurate CRM data, provides process improvements, and supports global system integration initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring quality customer service to Gerber's external and internal customers. Exercising good judgment in corresponding in-person or by phone contact with customers concerning sales inquiries, such as processing of orders, status of orders, delivery dates, price, etc. You will also be in contact with other departments and locations within the organization as necessary to obtain and provide information.

**What Youll Be Doing:**

* Managing and assigning CSRs work, realigning as necessary.

* Maintaining a positive team dynamic.

* Providing feedback to CSRs with a career growth mindset

* Training or coordination of training for new hires and contingent staff.

* Managing escalated customer calls and emails with professionalism

* Maintaining system data integrity and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

* Various daily/weekly/monthly/annual analysis and reporting.

* Providing backup to CSRs when absent, or needed for a focused customer project.

**What You Can Bring to the Organization:**

* Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience

* 35 years of customer service experience.

* Experience with pricing tables and setup.

* Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

* Ability to train and instruct in both group setting and one-on-one.

* Ability to handle customer complaints and mediate customer disputes.

* Experience working in a cross-functional environment

* Technical ability with data management systems such as JDE & Cognos

This position is out of our **Gerber** office in **Portland, Oregon** and will be a full-time **Onsite** role.
