Wedgwood & Waterford's ecommerce team, part of Fiskars Group, is seeking an Ecommerce Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in our direct-to-consumer ecommerce business.
Fiskars Group, celebrating its 375th anniversary this year, is committed to crafting a sustainable future through iconic brands like Wedgwood, Waterford, and Royal Doulton. Join us as we expand our direct-to-consumer ecommerce presence, aiming to triple our growth and shape the luxury retail landscape for the next century.
Location: This role is based in our Wall, NJ or New York City, NY office, offering a hybrid onsite/remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive bottom-up sales forecasting and validate total forecast levels for accuracy.
  • Contribute to direct ecommerce sales forecasting within the S&OP process.
  • Manage inventory reservation orders, analyzing needs based on forecasts and consumption.
  • Support the ecommerce team in developing the sales activity plan.
  • Analyze ecommerce sales metrics, including KPIs, to identify product and campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for regular business reviews with ecommerce management.
About You:We're looking for a passionate colleague with:
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales planning, sales analysis, or finance.
  • Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to reporting and a solid business acumen.
  • Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and presenting insights in a management-friendly format.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI and reporting tools like Tableau is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
