Responsibilities
  • Answering and responding to client communications through phone calls, text messages and emails.
  • Write new and service existing personal and commercial insurance policies.
  • Build and service client relationships.
  • Communicate with the insurance company underwriters.
  • Patiently help others understand and solve their insurance problems.
  • Learn new systems to communicate and complete your work.
Requirements
  • Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain a Vermont Property and Casualty insurance license within six months of being hired.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Client Relationship Management Software.
  • Ability to multitask(pause one task in order complete a task with a higher priority).
