Responsibilities- Answering and responding to client communications through phone calls, text messages and emails.
- Write new and service existing personal and commercial insurance policies.
- Build and service client relationships.
- Communicate with the insurance company underwriters.
- Patiently help others understand and solve their insurance problems.
- Learn new systems to communicate and complete your work.
- Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain a Vermont Property and Casualty insurance license within six months of being hired.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Client Relationship Management Software.
- Ability to multitask(pause one task in order complete a task with a higher priority).
