Job Overview:

We are looking for an organized, passionate, highly motivated, and results-driven health and fitness focused individual to join our team as the Membership Representative for our Greenwood Village Fit Body Boot Camp location!

The Membership Representative is an important role, as, in most cases, they are the first person the potential client interacts with. As a Membership Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential customers. Your primary goal will be to increase our customer base and revenue through effective sales techniques and exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and a friendly, driven professional attitude. 

Duties:

- Conduct sales presentations to potential customers, explaining the benefits and features of our membership programs

- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers

- Utilize Fit Pro Tracker, Fit Pro Newsletter and other CRM systems to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales activities

- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue business development strategies

- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted marketing campaigns

- Negotiate pricing and terms of membership agreements with customers

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in technical sales, outside sales, or business development

- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required

- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals

- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships

- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the industry
