PCL, an established and growing leader in the freight forward and transportation industry, is looking for a domestic operations and customer service agent. In this position, you will work to provide exception service to our customers. We offer air and ground shipping services, project management, trade show services, reverse logistics, and home and business solutions throughout North America and Globally. Must be a high-energy individual and able to work in a fast-paced/dynamic environment. Ability to learn computer programs and attention to detail is a must.
