Fit is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to join a market-leading family-owned business in Mobile, Alabama. Depending on experience, the base salary is in the $50K—$65K range, plus commission and benefits. The ideal candidate is a motivated, dynamic relationship builder passionate about sales and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide detailed product information and support to customers, helping them select the appropriate equipment for their needs.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, process orders, and follow up on customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on the latest products and technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the HVAC industry
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC products and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Prophet 21 software is highly preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
