Fit Recruiting is seeking a skilled, confident, driven Outside Sales Specialist to join a well-established, growing company in Fairhope, Alabama. This person is responsible for conducting sales by meeting with existing and potential clients in person or over the phone. Responsibilities include sourcing new clients, providing the utmost customer service, and meeting sales quotas. Base salary up to $75K depending on experience commission/bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business leads
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
• Ensure all communication with new or existing customers is properly documented
• Prepare and analyze data to build a sales pipeline
• Offer professional, effective, and efficient solutions for customer inquiries and concerns
• Handle customer concerns effectively
• Provide guidance on price competitiveness
• Participate in trade shows, training, or associated product meetings when necessary
