FIT Staffing is Hiring an Applications Project Manager Near Northampton, MA
The successful candidate will have experience planning for, implementing, and supporting enterprise software solutions. They will be flexible, team-oriented, and have a passion for producing high-quality work and attention to detail. The Applications Analyst/Project Manager will work in office and be part of their dynamic Healthcare Technology team which supports an organization of over 1700 employees across Western Massachusetts.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee the lifecycle of business software, including planning, implementation, training, upgrades, and quality control across the entire project.
- Coordinates and assists with Software Development Department Projects.
- Meet with other team members and end users to develop software specifications.
- Identify, research, and recommend product customization and enhancements to create efficiencies and enhance the user experience.
- Train users on software solutions and business processes as necessary.
- 3 years of experience with enterprise software solutions.
- Results-oriented attitude and strong written and communication skills
- Ability to organize and maintain several large-scale projects simultaneously
- Dedicated Team player, proactive planner, and problem solver.
- Develop manuals, policies, and other knowledge-base documents
- Identify and address project obstacles, escalating to supervisor when necessary
- Working knowledge of Office 365, including Forms, SharePoint, and Flows.
- Experience with MS Great Plains, Formstack, Relias Learning, or similar applications.
- Experience working with SQL Server.
- Bachelor’s Degree, and/or five years of relevant experience.
- Must reside in Western Massachusetts or be willing to relocate
