How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Schedule Management: Maintain an accurate and updated project schedule, making necessary adjustments to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Daily Updates & Communication: Provide detailed daily updates to stakeholders, ensuring continuous communication and transparency.
  • Documentation Management: Capture comprehensive photos/videos of project progress and changes to create a thorough record.
  • Pre-Drywall Procedures: Create detailed pre-drywall videos and conduct walkthroughs to ensure clarity and completeness.
  • Safety & Cleanliness Management: Maintain a clean and safe jobsite environment and report any safety issues promptly.
  • Project Financial Oversight: Manage project finances and implement backcharges for specific purchases.
  • Project Material Management: Ensure timely receipt and safe storage of materials, maintaining quality standards.
