As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and informative experience for potential members, showcasing the benefits and services we offer.
Sales Role - Will involve assisting individuals in completing membership applications and enrollment forms, conducting engaging membership sales presentations to highlight the value of joining our club, and scheduling 20 new appointments each week to drive growth and engagement.
- Staffed hours begin at $16/HR with a commission of 3% total contract value if enrollment goal it met and 1.5% total contract value if 50% is met.
Personal Trainer and/or Combat Instructor - Will lead group fitness classes, conduct private training sessions, and collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to increase membership, retention, and recruitment.
- Personal Training begins at $25/Session
Group Class Rate:
- Class of 1 pays $12 Session
- Class of 2 pays $25 Session
- Class of 3 pays $30 Session
- Class of 4 pays $35 Session
- Class of 5 pays $40 Session
In addition to your sales and fitness responsibilities, you will also play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records of membership transactions and updating member profiles in our database.
