Job Summary
Do you want to work with a growth-driven and competitive company? Work from home? We are looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join our growing team.
We need a strong multi-tasker who can hit the ground running, schedule appointments for our technicians, send out estimates to customers, order parts, communicate with commercial accounts and manage warranty work.
Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from customers
• Describe service offerings and pricing to customers
• Efficiently schedule appointments for technicians in our field service software (training provided)
• Provide documentation and directions to technicians as necessary
• Call/email/text customers about scheduling their service or rearranging service calls
• Create repair estimates and order parts
• Manage commercial account relationships
• Invoicing
• Manage warranty work dispatched to us by manufacturers

Qualifications

• Above-average computer abilities. Experience using Word, Excel, handling email attachments, file organization, and learning new software for scheduling
• Good-natured with extremely professional customer service skills. Prior customer service experience is preferred
• Experience working with a team
• Familiarity with Google Maps or other navigation applications
• Knowledge of the surrounding territory
• Account management experience
• Accounting and/or HR experience are a plus

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
