We are poised to grow our brand with additional locations and we are searching for an ALL-STAR that can sell personal training and can lead, coach, develop a team of assistants that can sell training at a high level.

The chosen candidate will play a vital role in opening our next few locations in 2024. With an overall goal to open 20 locations in the next 5 years in our market.

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Marketing and selling our personal training packages to members within the club
• Achieving weekly and monthly sales goals as an individual and department
• Recruiting, hiring, and then coaching a staff of PT Sales Advisors
• Holding sales team accountable to production goals and company process
• Scheduling and conducting one-hour fitness consultations with members to demonstrate how proper exercise and diet under the guidance of our trainers will get them the healthy results they desire
• Work alongside the Membership Director and Operations Manager to ensure cohesiveness in the club and to ensure club success.
• Provide excellent customer service to all members

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of fitness sales experience in gym membership and/or personal training
• Personal training certification or fitness related degree preferred
• Disciplined to complete daily fundamentals
• Proven leader
• Passion for the fitness industry
• Energetic, motivated, and goal oriented

Compensation and Schedule:

• Expected $80k to $110k total compensation for just this single location
• $150k to $250k yearly earnings forecasted as we add more locations
• Monthly profit bonus plan per location
