Fitzwater Outdoor Maintenance is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist Near Greenville, OH
- Manage all aspects of A/R from customer onboarding to collections
- Collaborate with sales and operations to facilitate customer contracts
- Manage sub-contractor work and support large project tracking with general contractors
- Manage timely and accurate billing (QuickBooks) including monthly maintenance, seasonal services, special projects and complex billing through external invoicing portals (SAP, Ariba)
- Work with international customer payment centers
- Track job information in the CRM system (Arborgold)
- Process daily over-the-counter retail sales and commercial payments
- Reconcile accounts, send statements, and resolve discrepancies
- Follow up on past-due invoices with standard collection strategies
- Perform administrative functions, including but not limited to, data entry, tracking, scanning, filing and answering phones.
- Maintain financial integrity and adhere to internal controls
- Driven to meet expectations.
- Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deadlines, set priorities, and work under pressure.

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Commercial A/R experience in the landscaping / construction industry a plus.
- Credit and collections experience a plus.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Arborgold, SAP, Ariba, ISNetworld, etc. preferred
