Position Description: Support customer experience in both sales and service departments

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Post sale/service follow-up

- Assist sales team with responses for sale inquiries

- Follow up on sales/service opportunities on Porsche Partner Network

- Assist in service scheduling

- Assist in any customer experience sales and service transactions

- Meet and greet customers upon arrival

- Maintain professional appears

- Maintains high customer satisfaction standards

- Assist in shaping customer experience at the highest level

Minimum Qualification s (Education, Experience, Skills)
