The Intern - Accounting will work with the accounting department - spending part of their time within the accounts receivable, accounts payable and FGO/FGE accounting groups to ensure a broad exposure to accounting/finance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Journal Entries - recurring and general
• Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
• Review and approve weekly accounts payable batches
• Reconcile bank statement monthly for several accounts
• Analyze and reconcile income statement accounts on a monthly basis
• Receive and enter invoices
• File invoices on a weekly basis
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Download various sales information from Radiant
• Reconcile bank statements on a daily basis
• Automate excel files to improve efficiency
• Work with other team members to meet deadlines
• Other duties as assigned
