The Accounts Receivable Specialist reports to the Accounts Receivable Manager and is responsible for providing financial, administrative and data entry services. Communicates closely with store personnel and colleagues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Runs daily sales report to record and track Credit Card and Gift Card sales
•Tracks daily store sales by legal tender on a Monthly Sales worksheet
•Tracks daily deposits and reconciles to the Monthly Sales worksheet
•Logs and follows up with any sales and deposits discrepancies
•Follows up with the Corporate stores and makes sure all required spreadsheets, deposit slips, and Credit Card receipts are submitted in a timely manner
•Analyzes sales data and communicate with colleagues and upper management on any discrepancies
•Performs other related duties as required
