Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Take orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen
- Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with bussing tables and cleaning duties as required

Skills:
- Strong sales skills to effectively upsell and promote menu items
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Culinary skills for food preparation and cooking tasks
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide support to fellow team members
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
