Job DescriptionAs the Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans tailored to the San Mateo and Half Moon Bay markets. You will work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and external partners to ensure our brand message is effectively communicated and our marketing goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition in San Mateo and Half Moon Bay.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to localize national campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the region.
- Manage local marketing budgets effectively, ensuring ROI on all marketing investments.
- Plan and execute local events, sponsorships, and promotions to enhance brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local media, influencers, and community stakeholders.
- Analyze marketing metrics and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competition.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns. (4 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns from start to finish).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to inform decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel between San Mateo and Half Moon Bay as needed.
- Willing to attend events on weekends or evenings as they come up few times a year.
