As we continue to expand, we are looking for experienced and dedicated Tub/Shower Installers to join our team as 1099 contractors.

Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled Tub/Shower Installers to join our growing team. As a 1099 contractor, you will have the opportunity to work independently while benefiting from the support and resources of a well-established company. You will be responsible for the installation of tubs and showers, ensuring each project meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install tubs and showers in residential settings according to specifications and company standards.
• Prepare and clean job sites, ensuring all necessary materials and tools are available.
• Measure, cut, and install various materials such as tiles, acrylic panels, and other fixtures.
• Seal joints and finish edges to ensure a watertight installation.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure installations are accurate and meet customer expectations.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with other trades as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Tub/Shower Installer or similar role in the home improvement industry.
• Strong knowledge of bathroom remodeling techniques and materials.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools commonly used in bathroom installations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must own a basic set of installation tools.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive pay ranging from $88,000 to $150,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
