Demand for our unique bathroom remodeling services is increasing due to outstanding sales, marketing, and great installation crews! Five Star of South Atlanta has a call center. We market to our territories and set appointments for our sales representative team to provide in-home demonstrations. The demonstrations can take up to an hour to perform per client.
Responsibilities- Selling & Closing on bathroom remodels.
Personally selling in the home, providing company, product, and process information with estimates.
Applying sales closing techniques, offering solutions to customers' issues, and objections.
Maintaining monthly and annual quotas.
Completing paperwork including contracts, financing documents, and scheduling information.
Maintaining 100% customer satisfaction through all necessary follow-up and communications.
Our Sales Representatives are provided:
Pre-qualified leads and confirmed appointments *** no cold calling.
A strong, professional, persuasive iPad presentation.
Training on our specialty products, our process, and our sales system.
Strong earning potential with a strong, growing bathroom remodeling company.

11am - 1pm; 2pm-4pm; 5pm-7pm
Tuesday
11am - 1pm; 2pm-4pm; 5pm-7pm
Wednesday
11am - 1pm; 2pm-4pm; 5pm-7pm

11am - 1pm; 2pm-4pm; 5pm-7pm
Friday
11am - 1pm; 2pm-4pm;
Saturday
11am - 1pm; 2pm-4pm;

Sales Rep. compensation package
Frequency of Pay: Weekly every Monday
1099- Salary pay during training & until 1st contracted sold job $750/wk.
Vehicle Stipend $240/mo. after training.
100% Commission pay after first contracted sale:

Full Time Expectations & Quota Goals
Weekly Goal - 12 appts minimum
On Call daily from 10a-7pm Mon.-Sat
Friday Saturday night no appointments.
Sundays and another day during the week off
Quota goal is to sell 4 contracted jobs a week (this is a 33% close rate)
Examples below of possible earning potential:
46 weeks - 33% close rate - Selling 15 jobs a month
46 x 12 =552 annual appointment goal
552 / 3 =184 number of closes a year with 33% closing rate
