POSITION SUMMARY: The Business Development Associate is responsible for developing industry relationships and growing company revenue. In cooperation with the Marketing Director, the associate will establish daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual performance metrics, and work diligently to achieve them. The Associate will uphold and abide by all company core values and maintain the highest integrity and professionalism when dealing with carriers, insureds and other industry professionals. The position will work to collaborate and support a sales and marketing culture across the company.

Essential Functions of the Position Include:

 Maintaining & strengthen relationships with existing referral sources

 Chasing and maintaining relations with live Fires Chaser & jobs.

 Establish clear metrics as a means of providing personal structure and to position oneself for success

 Maintain awareness to make sure that the production team is delivering at a level that is consistent with the promises being made to the insured and to your referral sources

 Continually prospect to find new referral sources and opportunities for business

 Attend industry events and/or ensure that we have proper representation at the select events

 Continually strive to look for value additions that we can offer our referral sources

 Manage the business development process utilizing the CRM in Textile Solutions and maintain awareness as to CRM contacts taking place across the company

 To have lunches and /or conduct office visits on a regular basis and in accordance with goals/metrics

 To oversee and employ the implementation and use of the Proven sales Process (PSP)

 Ensure that TPA programs are being marketed to and are growing

 Meet Sales & Revenue targets

 Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
