Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare menus tailored to a variety of events, including weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.
• Manage food preparation and cooking, ensuring high-quality, flavorful, and timely dishes.
• Oversee the kitchen team and coordinate with event staff to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain inventory control, order supplies, and manage food costs within budget.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and kitchen cleanliness standards.
• Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate new ideas into menu planning.
• Collaborate with clients to customize menus according to dietary preferences, restrictions, and event themes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef, with a strong background in catering.
• Expertise in diverse culinary techniques and cuisines.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity in menu design.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation regulations, and kitchen equipment.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
