What You’ll Do as a Lead Delivery Driver:

• Responsible for filling in on various routes during vacations, openings or training.
• Assists management with hiring, interviewing, coaching, training & development, etc.
• Responsible for report management (inventory, sales, customer retention, etc.)
• Responsible for loading, delivering, and merchandising of items such as: soft drinks, non-carbonated drinks, coffee products, cups, condiments, snack items, fresh food, and sundries to customer's place of business contracted by Five Star.
• Provides customer service by offering new products.
• Responsible for setting up products and sales promotion displays.
• Responsible for executing all company plan-o-grams and promotions.

• Delivery driver experience
• Moving and driving skills
• Ability to perform heavy lifting
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Forklift operation skills
• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience as a courier
• Proficiency in loading and unloading goods
• Route driving experience

These qualifications are essential for the role of Lead Delivery Driver and will contribute to the successful execution of daily delivery operations.
