Entry Level Project Manager

Duties:

- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects
- Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and documentation
- Conduct research and gather data to support project decision-making
- Assist in the management of project resources, including materials and equipment
- Support project managers in resolving issues and mitigating risks

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology

Pay: $36,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
