Director of Sales will have responsibility for developing all revenue channels.
Must live in our Northern Virginia service area. No relocation. No remote work.
Duties:
- Design and implement a structured and disciplined field sales process
- Teach account planning, time management, qualifying, engagement and follow-up
- Talent and expertise to demonstrate with role playing and ride-alongs
- Coach and mentor the field sales team to optimal performance
- Develop C-level relationships with referral sources and care partners
- Leverage our digital marketing capabilities to drive leads
- Sell solutions, not individual services
