We are seeking a Medical Director to advise the clinical and business leadership teams.

Medical Director shall be a primary care provider that accepts Medicare, with significant experience with geriatrics and dementia, that is licensed to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Virginia without restriction.

Medical Director shall provide approximately 4 hours per month of advisory services. Duties include, but not limited to:

• Provide guidance in strategy development (TEAM, HRRP, ACO, D-SNP, C-SNP, PACE)
• Review and approve clinical pathways for disease treatment protocols, best practices and process and sign off on vital sign thresholds for the company
• Provide guidance on difficult or complex care situations
• Accept referrals for patients without a primary care provider
• Assist with our hospital proposals for length-of-stay reduction initiatives
• Assist with disease management content and strategies for our proposals for managed care partnerships
• Assist with quality improvement projects, policies, regulatory compliance and participate in person at yearly strategic planning meetings
