We are looking for a positive, upbeat specialist to assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and answering questions about resident, vendors and owners accounts. Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts with vendors
• Verify utility bills and continuous service agreements
• Process and enter invoices for payment
• Verify approval of invoices entered
• Accounts Receivable
• Process bank deposits
• Complete bank reconciliations
• Prepare and complete owners statements each month
• Prepare and understand financial reports
• Answer questions from residents, vendors and owners about their accounts

Wages

• Team members with limited experience can make $13-$14 per hour plus benefits. Those with more extensive experience can make even more.
• This position could evolve into a supervisor or manager position.

Schedule

This position will work during normal business hours, 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday and some Saturdays.
