A Receptionist in our community provides a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who enters. In addition to greeting guests, vendors, or anyone arriving, a Receptionist is responsible for maintaining visitor logs and communicating with visitors and those they are looking to visit with. A Receptionist will also answer calls, route phone calls, provide information about the community, and assist with all inquiries made. A Receptionist is the first face people see entering our community and has the privilege of setting the tone for every visit.
