- **Salary:** $60K 3% of monthly sales
- **Initial Book of Business:** $500K

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Sales Focus:** Drive the sale of products and services, emphasizing relationship building with clients.
2. **Client Acquisition:** Actively prospect new clients through cold-calling, referrals, and networking opportunities.
3. **Sales Goals:** Meet and aim to exceed established sales targets.
4. **Order Management:** Utilize Salesforce and Paradox to manage orders efficiently.

6. Proficiency in communication is crucial for success in this role.
7. Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is expected.
