**Position Overview:**

- **Territory:** Missouri and Kansas

- **Salary:** $60K 3% of monthly sales

- **Initial Book of Business:** $500K

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Sales Focus:** Drive the sale of products and services, emphasizing relationship building with clients.

2. **Client Acquisition:** Actively prospect new clients through cold-calling, referrals, and networking opportunities.

3. **Sales Goals:** Meet and aim to exceed established sales targets.

4. **Order Management:** Utilize Salesforce and Paradox to manage orders efficiently.

5. **Order Monitoring:** Keep a close eye on aging orders to ensure timely repairs are addressed.

6. **Finance Coordination:** Collaborate with the Finance team to assist in managing overdue invoices as necessary.

7. **Expense Management:** Monitor and manage expenses effectively.

**Qualifications Needed:**

1. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.

2. At least three years of outside industrial sales experience is mandatory.

3. Demonstrated success in sales at both plant and corporate levels.

4. Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate value effectively.

5. An organized multi-tasker with knowledge of industrial automation processes.

6. Proficiency in communication is crucial for success in this role.

7. Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is expected.
