Fiverr is looking for a **Professional Evaluation Team Leader** to join the Marketplace Talent Management team and lead the Professional Evaluation team. Fiverrs Marketplace Talent Management team oversees Fiverrs high-quality sellers programs and manages its day-to-day operations of it. The Professional Evaluation Team Leader will be responsible for setting the tone when it comes to sellers' quality while maintaining processes efficiency, team management - hiring, training, coordinating teams in Israel and offshore, and making sure KPIs and targets are being achieved.

* Oversee and lead a team of professional evaluators and be responsible for their ongoing training and success

* Recruitment, hiring, and training of new team members in Israel and offshore

* Tracking teams performance and feedback cycles

* Think and create the teams strategy and growth plans

* Be a day to day point of contact for questions, escalations, and feedback

* Report on the accuracy, KPIs and vendors success including quality metrics

* QA and process monitoring and improving

* Own the task flow and coordinate between the entire evaluation teams and Fiverrs internal groups

* Keep knowledge base updated and make sure all teams are aware of changes and follow it

* 3-5 years of experience in a business operational role

* 2-3 years experience in a managerial role, preferably at a high tech / online company

* Highly attentive to details, efficient and organized

* Experience in working with remote/offshore teams

* Experience in educating and training new and existing team members

* Proven experience developing processes and implementing improvements

* Fluent in English

* Ability to work independently and with other teams across different departments

* Self-motivated, mature, and independent

* Excellent communicator and comfortable with managing multiple tasks simultaneously

* Great people skills, driving to action through collaboration and cooperation

* Experience using Salesforce - an advantage

* Bachelor's degree
