About Us:

Fix Medical Group is dedicated to providing exceptional care in sports rehabilitation, regenerative medicine, and wellness. We are seeking an organized individual to join our team as a Front Office Coordinator. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients while supporting our operations and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management
  • Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Answer phones promptly and handle inquiries or direct calls as appropriate.
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic's calendar.
  • Patient Coordination
  • Act as a case manager for patients, ensuring they understand their treatment plans.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Follow up with patients regarding upcoming appointments and any required preparations.
  • Financial Duties
  • Collect payments and process transactions accurately.
  • Handle insurance verification and communicate payment options to patients.
  • Maintain records of financial transactions and provide daily reports.
  • Operations Support
  • Assist with day-to-day operations, including inventory management and supply orders.
  • Ensure the front office is organized and operates efficiently.
  • Handle any administrative tasks that support the overall function of the clinic.
  • Marketing & Presentations
  • Support the marketing team by assisting with campaigns and patient communications.
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
  • Help with social media management and other marketing activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in a medical setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and experience in assisting with marketing efforts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
