Location is Hybrid in Minneapolis MN

Duration – 6 months

The Peoplesoft Application Developer will be responsible for

3-5 years experience

• Collaborate with the Administrative Applications Manager and Team Lead to take direction.
• The Application Developer must have experience in PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain and must have experience in Asset management, Billing, Cash Management, Contracts, Deal Management, eProcurement, eSettlements, Payable, Purchasing, Receivables, Microfocus Cobol.
• Ensure that solution design and delivery meet business requirements and expectations regarding cost, schedule and scope by reviewing with Administrative Applications team leadership.
• Deliver operational excellence by following the teams formal release schedules and release management processes, service level agreements (SLAs), problem
• resolution through system monitoring and change management.
• Evaluate and thoroughly understand complex interrelationships between assigned applications and systems, such as whether a contemplated change in one application would impact or cause unwanted results in a related part of that application or other applications/systems. Proactively provide subject matter expertise regarding assigned application(s) to other members of the technology and business teams to ensure quality and minimize impact on other applications and business processes.
• Act as a resource development staff regarding technology, methodologies and standards. Proactively share knowledge and collaborate with development team members, Business Analysts and Technology Operations to assure quick and effective responses to customer needs (internal and/or external). Maintain up-to-date business domain knowledge and technical skills in software development technologies and methodologies.

Support the efforts to analyze the performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with Admin Apps team Leadership, Senior Application Analysts and senior development team members. Provide input to prolong application life or recommend replacement.

Proven PeopleTools skills including PeopleSoft Application Designer, PeopleCode and Application Packages, Integration Broker, BI Publisher, and Application Engine, Microfocus Cobol.

Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and related work experience and

Preferred Dell Boomi Certification

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
