Essential Functions:

Embody Patch Values: Demonstrate commitment to Patch Values in every aspect of work and interaction.

Lead and Innovate: Develop and implement best practices for designing, developing, and maintaining training content tailored to the financial industry.

Conduct Needs Analysis: Perform thorough needs analyses and scope assessments to strategically plan effective training solutions.

Forecast Industry Trends: Anticipate future trends accurately to drive competitive strategies and initiatives.

Master Multiple Formats: Maintain and enhance proficiency in creating diverse content formats such as Videos, Animations, eLearning Modules, Instructor-Led Trainings, and Job Aids.

Utilize Design Tools: Design engaging online content using animation and e-learning software/tools to maximize learning impact.

Craft Support Materials: Write comprehensive Leader’s Guides, Voiceover Narration scripts, Job Aid materials, and other supporting documents.

Create Visual Elements: Develop graphic elements for E-Learning, Participant Guides, Job Aid materials, and other training resources.

Collaborate Effectively: Work cross-functionally with subject matter experts to gather insights and resources for content creation.

Manage Multiple Projects: Efficiently manage multiple content development projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

LMS Management: Oversee content and training events on the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless delivery and accessibility.

Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead peer reviews with fellow instructional designers to enhance processes, procedures, and content quality.

Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and growth of the instructional design team and organization.

Position Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required; degree in Instructional Design, Rhetoric, Adult Learning, or related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in instructional design, E-learning development, content creation, and application of adult learning theory.

Industry Knowledge: Preferential experience within the Financial Services sector.

Project Management: Strong organizational and time management skills essential for effective project planning and execution.

Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication abilities to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Creative Development: Proven track record of designing and developing engaging learning solutions incorporating animation, simulation, graphic design, and video components.

Instructor-Led Training: Experience in developing instructor-led training materials.

Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency managing multiple projects using rapid eLearning development tools such as Articulate Presenter, Quiz maker, Engage, Storyline, or similar platforms.

LMS Expertise: In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Adaptability: High creativity, flexibility, and strong decision-making skills, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.

Legal Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
