Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Overview: FKS Insurance Services is seeking an organized and ambitious administrative assistant to join our fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage phone systems and direct calls appropriately
• Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
• Provide exceptional customer support to clients and visitors
• Support office management with various administrative tasks
• Draft emails, memos, invoices
• Responsible for confidential and time sensitive materials
• Manage company email inbox
• Assist with organizing and managing sensitive online files

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and time-management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn
• Ability to deliver accurate and high-quality material in a timely manner
• Experience using Word, Excel, Outlook/Proficient in Microsoft suites
• Proficient on computers and able to learn various software
