Monitor and oversee daily quality control activities for incoming materials, work in-process, and final inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Conduct QA floor audits and document test results.
Communicate any deviations from product specifications to QA Supervisor.
Collect samples for microbial testing and evaluation.
Enter data into various systems and spreadsheets for QA reporting.
Perform pre-op and changeover inspections, including ATP swabs.
Complete product release in ERP system and segregate non-conforming products.
Conduct equipment calibration and analytical tests on raw ingredients.
Assist in training new QA technicians.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in work areas.
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
