Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Civil EIT or PE at Flagline Engineering. The role is located in Bend, OR, with flexibility for remote work. The individual will be responsible for civil engineering design, stormwater management, site development, and quality control. Pay is BOE and we offer full medical, dental, vision coverage for the employee along with retirement benefits. We also incorporate performance bonuses above and beyond standard pay.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills
• Stormwater Management and Site Development skills
• Quality Control skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Transportation/ADA Design
• Utility Design (Water/Sewer/Storm)
