Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred but not required, as we have a thorough training program to prepare you. You must have excellent communication skills, are able to read and write, are able to take instructions well, and are prepared for a fast-paced work atmosphere, while always maintaining our food and sanitation standards. This position will require standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the workday, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
Duties include creating prep lists, opening & closing procedures for line stations, cleaning assignments, portioning & preparing menu items, following recipes while maintaining a clean workspace.
You will be required to uphold our restaurant cleanliness standards and follow our employee code of conduct to ensure a safe and positive work environment for all.
