Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and meet sales targets
- Hire, train, and supervise store staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback
- Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues that arise
- Manage store budget, including payroll and expenses
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with company president to ensure timely replenishment
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase sales
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for store employees
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management is required
- Strong cash handling skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth
- Familiarity with payroll processes and procedures
