Day Hours, M-F!
Tier I, Help Desk Team
-Provides technical Support and troubleshooting to network desktop, and/or systems hardware and software.
-Interprets requests from customers and schedules their conference using Cisco Conferencing Configuration tools.
-Modifies and adds endpoints /rooms to existing conferences.
-Coordinates testing with meeting hosts during defined timeframes.
-Schedules VTC calls for global customer base.
-Performs VTC resource conflict resolution.
-Coordinates resource availability with conference participants.
HS/GD and 5 years of experience. OR
BS and no experience needed!
Need good communication skills, creative problem solving, Audio Visual Systems knowledge, and VTC familiarity
IAT Level I cert needed. .
