We need an Admin Customer Service Pro with some Photoshop experience accurate Data Entry. Fast and accurate is how we roll!

PAY: $30 an hour 401K with 3% match Health, Life and Dental and Vision options. We are a great company to stay with and grow with – could be a "forever home" for the right candidate.

HOURS: Full time, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with half hour lunch break.

QUALITIES we seek in you:
* Conscientious TEAM PLAYER all the way – this is so important!
* Great with numbers, Excel, and keeping things tidy – please have organizational skills.
* Fast Admin Skills accurate 10-Key! (Get noticed by sending us a screenshot of your 10-Key Test results; there are free tests out there.)
* Photoshop and Illustrator experience – 1 to 2 years experience OK. Simple needs here working with logos.
* Accountability and willingness to make important decisions on your own.
* Type at least 60 WPM.
* Excellent verbal/writing skills pleasant phone voice.
* Dedicated, diligent, disciplined worker who enjoys being productive and getting the job done.

DAILY TASKS:
* Know how to follow-up and push for answers from customers. Our clients are #1, their urgent needs are our needs, so when they need product in a rush, we're on it!
* Send orders to the printing department and print packing slips for the warehouse to pull the order.
* Create, update and upload art templates to our website, for products that we print on.
* Photoshop/Illustrator – take the client’s logo, size it onto our product image, get customer's approval to move forward, then make sure the print looks like what was approved. Minor logo adjustments might be necessary.

* Advise clients on what will look good, what will be legible, and if any adjustments are recommended to make their promotional product the best it can be.
* Pay very close attention to details on the customer’s PO, no typos or forgetfulness. Deadlines are tight and need constant attention.

* Proof orders off the machines to give final approval of print, before going into production.
* Help answer incoming calls for orders, questions, price quotes, shipping quotes.
* Cooperate with co-workers to create shipping labels, enter orders and take care of the customers as needed.
* Maintain a list of orders pending production, to follow-up on details with clients.
* Assist the sales department with customer service and client relations, whatever they may need.
* Respond to e-mails, type up Word documents, basic admin duties.
* Request positive ratings from customers.
* Assist fellow salespeople when they are out of the office.
