Overview :

Flat Fee Landlord is a dynamic property management company dedicated to simplifying real estate investing and building stronger communities. We are looking for a creative and self-driven individual to join our team as a Personal Branding and Content Creation Specialist. This role will work closely with the CEO to develop and execute a comprehensive personal branding strategy, create engaging video vlogs, blogs, and podcasts, manage social media channels, and generate leads. Additionally, the specialist will support the company’s branding efforts, contributing to overall marketing and content creation.

Our Goals:

Our mission is to simplify real estate investing for everyone while building stronger communities. We are on a path to manage 20,000 units and sell 500 homes by 2033, maintaining a focus on providing value to our investors, homeowners, residents, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a personal branding strategy for the CEO.
• Create high-quality video vlogs, blogs, and podcast content.
• Set up, produce, and manage a podcast featuring the CEO.
• Manage social media accounts for the CEO and the company, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
• Generate leads through effective content marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze growth in followers, subscribers, email list, and lead generation metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve closing rates through targeted content.
• Provide direction and creative ideas to the CEO for content creation.
• Ensure regular posting and engagement on social media platforms.
• Support the company’s overall branding and marketing efforts.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, videography, and social media management.
• Proficiency in video editing software and tools.
• Experience with YouTube and podcast setup and management.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
• Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in lead generation and digital marketing.
• Ability to analyze and report on key performance metrics.

Performance Goals:

• Achieve growth in followers and subscribers across all social media platforms.
• Increase the email list and engagement rates.
• Improve lead generation and contribute to higher closing rates for the sales team.
• Consistently produce high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the personal and company brand.
