Program Manager

Summary:

Flatter, Inc. (Flatter) is hiring a Program Manager who will support of the United States Coast Guard’s BUSINESS AND LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES (BL/MSS) BPA Contract. The Program Manager will provide for all nonpersonal services for Contractor Consulting, Project Management and Support, Strategic Planning, Portfolio Management, Business Process Planning, Process Development, Process Integration Planning, Facilities Planning, Marketing and Communications Planning Services, Life Cycle Cost Estimation Services, Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) Program Maturation and Recertification, Acquisitions Lifecycle Support, Enterprise Life Cycle Logistics and Engineering Support to include:

Material

Configuration

Business and Inventory Management

Logistics Supply Support and Planned Maintenance Development Support Services.

These services shall support the missions and requirements of the C5ISC; the Coast Guard Chief Information Officer’s (CIO) Office, Commandant (CG-4, CG-6, CG-7, and CG-93); and Coast Guard Cyber Command (CGCYBER).

Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring conformity to all contractual obligations and establishing and maintaining master plans and schedules.

Perform all day-to-day management of overall BPA support operations.

Perform all day-to-day management of all assigned employees

Experience and Educational Requirements:

Master’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or Engineering.

12 years of experience in performing program management support services for IT and Logistic Programs.

Certification Requirements:

Have and maintain current Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute.

Security Clearance: DHS suitability

Workdays: Monday – Friday

Work hours: Core hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Travel: As needed to support the mission.

Pay: $97,500.00 - $110,000.00 per year
