Responsibilities:

Assist optometrists and opticians in providing comprehensive eye care services

Interact with patients, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records

Help patients with frame selection, fitting, and adjustments

Help patient with contact lens orders

Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and proper eyewear care

Support the overall smooth operation of the optical shop

Qualifications

Previous experience in an optical shop or related field is preferred

Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively

Familiarity with basic optical terminology and procedures

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Proficient in computer skills for data entry and recordkeeping

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
