Position: Picker/Packer/Warehouse - with opportunity for advancement.

Become part of a small warehouse and flavor team that gets things done efficiently with great accuracy. The warehouse associate will have two primary functions, order picking/packing, and flavor pouring.

Requirements: Good vision (Required for flavor pouring and picking of orders). Must be able to lift 50lbs, must wear PPE when required (Hair net/beard net/etc). Proper hygiene is a must. No head phones or phone use while working as you will need all 5 senses for this position. Candidate must have an awesome can do attitude, great willingness to learn and improve, organizational skills, and good listening/communication skills. Must be able to accept constructive criticism and be coachable. We are constantly trying to improve our processes, so someone who is set in their ways will not be a good fit with our company. We love change! Approaching change with excitement and openness is necessary to succeed here.

Candidates must be 18 years or older for safety purposes.
