FlawsNVanity is a premier beauty and wellness center dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. We pride ourselves on our luxurious environment, high-quality products, and the expertise of our professional staff. We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Spa Receptionist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the spa, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Manage the front desk, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling client inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of client appointments and transactions.
  • Handle payment processing, including cash, credit card, and gift certificate transactions.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Provide clients with information about spa services, treatments, and products.
  • Assist with retail sales of beauty and wellness products.
  • Coordinate with spa staff to ensure smooth operation and excellent client service.
  • Address client concerns and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using scheduling software and basic computer applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
