JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the coordination and dispatch of a team of mobile technicians based in the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) area. This role will be headquartered in Denver, CO, and will be instrumental in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication between our technicians, fleet customers, and parts team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fleet vehicle industry and a proven track record of managing business relationships effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team Dispatch & Coordination: Efficiently dispatch and oversee a team of mobile technicians in the DFW area, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with technicians, fleet customers, and the parts team to ensure all parties are aligned and informed.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor daily operations, including scheduling, logistics, and workflow, to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to service delivery.
• Business Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the fleet vehicle or automotive industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of fleet maintenance, repair processes, and mobile technician operations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
• Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a remote team.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Customer Service: Demonstrated experience in managing and improving customer relationships.
• Technology: Proficient in using dispatch software, CRM systems, and other relevant technology tools.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.

LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

This position is based in Denver, CO, but will require occasional travel to the DFW area.

COMPENSATION

Competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
