We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Pressure Washing Technician to join our team! As a Lead Technician, you'll lead the charge in delivering top-notch pressure washing services to our clients. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail, mechanical skills, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead teams to complete large-scale pressure washing projects
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure high standards
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime
- Train and mentor junior technicians
- Work efficiently to maximize earning potential
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions (hot or cold)
Requirements:
- 3 years of pressure washing experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Mechanical skills and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong problem-solving intuition and adaptability
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
Pay:
-Salary commission-based pay structure (earn up to $200-$350 per day!)
